Do you really offer same-day service?
Yes. Call before 2pm and we'll almost always have a tech at your door the same day. During heat waves we triage — homes with elderly residents, infants, or medical needs jump the line.
How much is a service call?
Our diagnostic fee is a flat rate, quoted when you book — and it's credited toward the repair if you proceed. You approve a flat-rate price before any work starts. No hourly billing, no surprises.
Should I repair or replace my AC?
Rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than a third of a new system and your unit is 10+ years old, replacement usually wins on math alone. We'll give you both numbers and our honest take — no pressure either way.
Are your technicians licensed?
Yes — we're a TDLR-licensed contractor (TACLA #54219E), our techs are EPA 608 certified, background-checked, and drug-tested. The person at your door wears a uniform and drives a marked truck.
Do you offer financing?
